Medical Gases Liquid Oxygen Supply Tender Notice
Description
Bids are invited on a framework rate contract basis from manufacturers, importers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors for re-tender procurement and supply of medical gases and liquid oxygen gas for healthcare institutions on F.O.R. basis for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 71,169,742.5 and earnest money or bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required. Procurement shall be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Tender documents containing terms, conditions and detailed specifications are available through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate, while firms under disciplinary action, declared defaulters or blacklisted shall not be eligible. Bidders are requested to quote their lowest and final prices, and quantities may be increased or decreased according to applicable procurement rules and available funds.
