Replacement of the fresh air unit FCU-02 cabin or casing and stairwell pressurization fan cabin or casing installed at the rooftop of the building through competitive bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Funds have been reserved for the planned procurement for FY 2026-27. Bid security of 55,224.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bids will close on September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM.
