Annual contract for refilling and repairing fire extinguishers at South Zone locations through competitive bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Interested parties must request tender documents through the SAP Ariba Portal by uploading a scanned duly signed and stamped request on the bidder's official letterhead mentioning the tender document collection request. The request must include scanned copies of valid NTN, GST/PST certificates and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative, and the vendor must be an active taxpayer. Bid security of 50,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bids will close on September 15, 2026 at 02:15 PM and will be opened at 03:00 PM.
