Road Rehabilitation Tuff Tile Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitate the road and install tuff tiles in Hamza Town, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC licence in category C-6 or above and active filer NTN and PNTN may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on an item-rate basis. Bidding documents shall be downloaded through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files; postal and telegraphic submissions will not be accepted. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally before the submission deadline. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT and BOQ item rather than percentage rates. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.
