Cash Recycler Machines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure cash recycler machines through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with financial bids opened only for technically qualified bidders on a subsequently announced date and time. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using the generated PSID. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Bidders must provide valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend.
