Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for 2026-27 for transportation, shifting, erection and stringing of a 132 kV double-circuit transmission line for the F/F 132 kV Grid Station Silanwali, Section II, under Tender No. 40/GSC/FESCO/E-PADS/V2.0. The BOQ cost is Rs. 2.394 million, the required average annual turnover is Rs. 1.197 million, and the completion period is 30 days. Eligible bidders must hold PEC Category C6 or higher with specialization code EE-05, provide the identity document of the contractor or managing partner/director, demonstrate at least two successfully completed similar contracts as main contractor for WAPDA, NTDC or DISCOs within the preceding ten years with a combined value exceeding 40% of the estimated or BOQ cost, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, provide three years of income-tax returns, and hold Punjab Revenue Authority sales-tax registration. Average annual turnover must meet the stated threshold, and bidders must demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of the contract value and current commitments through bank statements for the preceding year. Bid security is 5% of the BOQ amount, in favour of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad, and must be uploaded to EPADS with the original instrument delivered to the designated office one day before opening. Bid validity is 150 days, with security valid 28 days beyond bid validity. Bids are due at 11:30 AM on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 1:30 PM the same day at the Project Director GSC office.
