Purchase Of Medical Gases And Liquid Oxygen Tender Notice
Description
Re-tender for the purchase and supply of medical gases and liquid oxygen gas on F.O.R basis under a framework rate contract for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, importers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments may participate. Procurement shall be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the single stage two envelope procedure involving technical and financial bids. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 14,233,949, is required. Firms under disciplinary action, declared defaulters or blacklisted are not eligible. Bidders must quote their lowest and final prices, while quantities may be increased or decreased subject to applicable procurement rules and fund availability. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date.
