Imported Paper Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of imported paper from firms registered for Sales Tax, Income Tax and Professional Tax. The estimated tender cost is PKR 31,586,000. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the procedure prescribed by PITB and Punjab Procurement; Call Deposit Receipts and Bank Guarantees in favour of the Secretary Board Bahawalpur will not be accepted. Technical bids must be uploaded through the e-Procurement System by 17 September 2026 and will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Only firms registered on the e-Procurement System are eligible to participate. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Specifications, quantities and further details are provided in the tender documents. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes including Sales Tax and Income Tax. All pages of the tender documents must be signed and stamped by the firm representative, failing which the tender may be rejected.
