Construction Of Access Roads To Tourist Sites Tender Notice
Description
Construction of access roads to new potential tourist sites in Malakand Division under Package-II, including Asso Road (4 KM) - Manai Jakar Baba Road (3 KM) - Bagh to Narai Kandaw Road (4 KM) - Ziam Asman Shan Khushal Patac Top Road (5 KM). Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS, with separate Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Bidders must be registered with KPRA, PEC and FBR, possess valid NTN/GST certificates, and meet technical criteria relating to experience, personnel, equipment and financial capacity. Bid security of 2% and tender entry fee of 0.03% of tender cost are required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-09-2026. Financial bids will be opened after technical approval.
