Construction of District Secretariat Kolai Pallas Kohistan including external developmental works and main building works comprising the District Administration Block, Masjid and Guard Room. The procurement is a re-tender under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC and C&W Department registration, KPRA registration, NTN or Income Tax compliance and provide documents demonstrating general capabilities, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical personnel, equipment, audit reports, managerial capability and litigation status. Estimated cost is Rs. 399.403 million with bid security of Rs. 8028060/- and tender fee of Rs. 119820/- at 0.03% of Engineer cost. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted online, while original call deposit and additional bid security must be submitted in separate clearly marked envelopes with the required affidavit. Additional security applies to bids quoted below the Engineer estimate as specified in the bidding conditions.
