Supply of tendered bill forms under Goods procurement in the Stationery sector through Single Stage-One Envelope competitive bidding with a Standard Evaluation Process. Bid security must be provided through Bank Guarantee, CDR or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and original submitted before closing.
