Janitorial Services And Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement comprising hiring of janitorial services and purchase of equipment for KMU-IHS D.I. Khan and KMU-IBMS Peshawar. E-bids are submitted electronically through E-PADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope process. Only registered bidders on E-PADS are eligible to participate, and bidders must be duly registered with KPRA for the janitorial services item, Income Tax and active taxpayer requirements of FBR and KPRA, Sales Tax, and Excise and Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 11:00 AM. Bid security is Rs. 500,000 for janitorial service and 2% for equipment in the form of CDR in favor of the Treasurer, with the original security required alongside the company letterhead. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and other relevant details are available on E-PADS. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
