Janitorial Services With Material For Sessi Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services with material to SESSI hospitals throughout Sindh Province for 2026-27. Eligible firms/companies must be registered with relevant regulatory authorities, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement method is Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Tender fee is PKR 5,000 non-refundable through pay order and bid security is PKR 1,350,000 through pay order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee. Tender documents containing scope of work, terms and conditions, and eligibility criteria are available through the e-Procurement System and stated institutional portals. Bidders must be registered on ePAD, submit bidding documents electronically, and also provide hard copies to the Director Procurement. Original pay orders for tender fee and bid security must accompany the hard copy documents. Bids will be opened at 1600 Hrs PST. In case of an unexpected holiday, unforeseen situation or climate changing disaster, opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and time. SESSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rules, 2010.
