Framework Contract For Bio Medical Gases Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and supply of Bio Medical Gases for the year 2026-27. Interested firms and agencies of repute with financially sound backgrounds and institutional business experience may participate. Bid security for each lot is 2% of the estimated cost as specified in the bidding documents and must be valid for 120 days, in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or online submission according to PPRA guidelines. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Details of lots, technical specifications, eligibility requirements and other terms are contained in the bidding documents. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Incomplete, unstamped, unsatisfactory or non-compliant bids will not be considered. Best and final prices are required as negotiations are not expected. Taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
