Works comprising repair and renovation and provision/fixing of sanitary and wooden items at Prof. Dr. Ashiq Hall, CVAS, Jhang, with estimated cost of Rs. 827,277 and earnest money of Rs. 41,364, completion period of 60 days; repair and renovation, painting and distempering of Fatima Hall, Girls Hostel at CVAS, Jhang, with estimated cost of Rs. 951,823 and earnest money of Rs. 47,591, completion period of 60 days; and repair and renovation of sanitary and wooden items at Prof. Dr. Younas Hall at CVAS, Jhang, with estimated cost of Rs. 862,451 and earnest money of Rs. 43,123, completion period of 60 days. Works are based on MRS rates and Bi-Annual 2026. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and valid for FY 2026-27 may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids are not accepted. Bid security of 5% in favour of Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore is to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Successful bidders must submit a 10% Performance Guarantee under Rule 56 of PPRA Rules 2014. Complete financial bids are required, and blank DNIT, BOQ or financial entries will be non-responsive. Financial instruments are also required to be deposited as prescribed by the notice. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
