Supply Of Manhole Covers Construction Materials Tender Notice
Description
Supply of manhole covers and frames, sand, crush, cement and bricks for repair works in WASA Pakpattan, with estimated cost of Rs. 4.999 million, earnest money of Rs. 250,000 at 5%, and completion period of 9 months. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids are to be submitted online and original tenders are required in a clearly marked envelope before the bid submission deadline at the office specified in the notice. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must quote individual item rates and amounts in figures and words, and percentage-based rates are non-responsive. The lowest bidder quoting 5% or more below the sanctioned estimated cost must deposit the difference as additional Performance Security in the prescribed form. Bid validity is 90 days. The procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM.
