Annual framework contract valid until 30 June 2027 covering providing and fixing of lighting and sound systems - generators, Panaflex and tentage for national days - water supply items - stationery including white paper rims, cartridges, refilling cartridges and file covers - electrical material - plants and paint - supply of Strychnine dog killing poison in 50 gram packing - sanitation items - manhole covers and C I frames - desilting of manholes and sewerage lines. Bids are submitted through Punjab E-Procurement under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and must be accompanied by the specified bid security through CDR or Pay Order from Bank of Punjab in favour of the Chief Officer. Rates must be quoted in figures and words on a percentage item-rate basis. Additional performance security is required where the lowest quoted rate is below the estimated cost.
