Framework Contract For Lubricant And Grease Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Lubricant and Grease for Bahawalpur Waste Management Company under Framework Contract for FY 2026-27, with total estimated price of Rs. 12,954,938 and bid security amount of Rs. 388,648 representing 3% of estimated price. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Method. Joint venture and consortium participation is not allowed. Eligible bidders must meet the criteria prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 11:00 hours at the BWMC office. Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and in conformity with the bidding documents. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours in the presence of prospective bidders or representatives. Original bid security is required online according to Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines.
