Food Procurement For 34 Spans At Punjab Constabulary Tender Notice

Procurement of food for 34 spans of Punjab Constabulary Headquarters Farooqabad during Financial Year 2026-27 from reputed and financially stable firms having previous experience and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales departments. Procurement is under PPRA Rules 2014 through Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Rule 38(a) using the Punjab e-Procurement System. The technical proposal must include relevant item specifications, manufacturer authorization certificate, latest sales tax return and important tax and professional tax certificates. The financial proposal must include rates inclusive of all taxes and charges. Bids are to be evaluated on technical qualification and samples, and the lowest technically qualified offer meeting the sample requirements will be accepted; technically unacceptable bids will have their financial proposals rejected without opening. Bid security is stated as 2% of estimated cost in one part of the notice and 20% in another, creating an internal inconsistency that should be verified from the bidding documents before submission. Successful bidder must submit Performance Guarantee Security at 5%. Samples must be brought at the time of tender opening and an authority letter is required for representation. The approved rates will remain effective until June 30, 2027. Technical and financial proposals are to be opened on September 16, 2026 at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
