Balance Beautification Work Of Main Bazars Missing Items Tender Notice
Description
Balance work for uplifting and beautification of Main Bazars, City Sangla Hill, involving missing items on risk and cost basis, with estimated cost of Rs. 21,174,572 and 5% CDR of Rs. 1,058,729. Eligible, experienced, tax-registered and financially sound contractors or firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for FY 2026-27 may participate. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, Pay Orders or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. The firm must have completed a beautification project during the last two years costing Rs. 30 million or above and must provide the work order and completion certificate issued by the head of department or Engineer In-charge. Maximum completion period is two months from award of work and is non-extendable. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Where the tender or bid amount is 5% below or beyond 5% of estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security of 10% of estimated cost including CDR as prescribed under PLG Works Rules 2017. The opening time is 02:00 PM.
