Framework Contract Plant Machinery Goods Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of goods under Framework Contract comprising Plant and Machinery Items, with estimated cost of Rs. 35,637,000 and bid security of 5% of estimated cost. The contract will operate on an as-and-when-required basis and will be governed by unit rates quoted by the successful bidder. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA, engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax/PRA. Procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must quote rates against each item and completely fill the Financial Bid Form/Price Schedule; incomplete bids with blank entries will be declared non-responsive. The tender will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder after correction of arithmetical errors. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid security of 5% must be furnished through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, and a scanned copy must accompany the bid. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
