Framework Repair Rehabilitation Disposal Station Tender Notice

Description

Framework contract for repair and rehabilitation of Disposal Station of WASA Rahim Yar Khan for financial year 2026-27, with an estimated contract amount of Rs. 56.174 million and earnest money of Rs. 2.8087 million at 5%. The framework is to remain valid from issuance of work order until June 30, 2027, with no extension beyond that date. The approved contract amount remains fixed and no enhancement, escalation, variation or additional financial liability is admissible beyond the approved amount. Quantities are tentative and payment will be made only for work actually executed, measured and verified. Work orders may be issued partially, fully or not at all according to available funds and requirements. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Digital bid security of 5% must be verifiable through the system in favour of Managing Director, WASA Rahim Yar Khan. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT or bid item instead of percentage rates, and percentage-based bids will be non-responsive. Additional performance or quality assurance security will be required where applicable under PPRA Rules. Bids remain valid for 90 days. Contractors must provide geo-tagged and date-stamped photographs before, during where applicable, and after completion, and executed works must be verified and certified before payment. Emergency complaints must be attended immediately upon instruction, while defective work must be rectified at the contractor's own cost. The procuring agency may cancel or terminate the framework wholly or partially in the public interest or due to poor performance. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
