Civil Works At Auqaf Religious Sites Tender Notice

Execution of civil works at three sites: roof replacement and renovation of Jamia Masjid Kalaan, Kacheri Bazar, Faisalabad at an estimated cost of Rs. 15,773,284 with a 6-month time limit; construction of boundary wall, public amenities works and renovation of Shrine Hazrat Sadhan Jawan, Hersa Sheikh, Chiniot Phase-I at Rs. 5,608,694 with a 3-month time limit; and repair and renovation of Jamia Masjid Ghalla Mandi, Vehari at Rs. 1,023,581 with a 45-day time limit. Firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories or specialized codes and relevant tax departments are eligible. Bidding will use Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with technical responsiveness and Least Cost Based Selection. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost for each work, to be submitted online through 1Link or bank transfer using PSID with scanned payment proof. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by September 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM and opened at 2:00 PM.
