Procurement of concentrate ration and wheat straw at KBCMA College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Narowal. University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences invites electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System from manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax on Services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST) and Professional Tax. The procurement will use Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement System. Estimated price is Rs. 1,920,500 and refundable bid security is 2% amounting to Rs. 38,410, to be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System. In case of a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day. All assessment, uploading, receiving, opening, evaluation and award proceedings are governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
