Solarization Water Supply Schemes Consultancy Tender Notice

Description

Hiring of consultancy services on Quality and Cost Based Selection through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for survey or feasibility study, design or design review and supervision of solarization of Water Supply Schemes under ADP Nos. 251122, 260927 and 200152 (HADP). Interested consultants, firms and companies must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council bearing the relevant codes specified in the RFP, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP and submitted through the EPADS file uploading system. Consultants must upload a bid declaration certificate stating that, if awarded the consultancy services, they will submit performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the consultancy bid amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Hangu. Financial proposals of technically unqualified consultants will not be opened, and the financial opening date will be communicated after technical evaluation. A pre-bid meeting is specified at the office of the Chief Engineer (South), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Clarifications and queries may be communicated through EPADS. Incomplete or conditional applications or proposals will not be entertained, and the Procuring Entity or Procuring Committee reserves the right to reject one or all proposals by assigning cogent reasons.
