Provision Furniture Fixtures Darbar Hall Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Furniture & Fixtures for Waiting Area of Darbar Hall of S&GAD Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing and supplying Furniture & Fixtures and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. The complete scope consists of multiple Furniture & Fixtures with estimated cost of Rs. 24,000,000 and fixed bid security of Rs. 1,200,000. E-bids shall be submitted under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids close on September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 01:00 PM. Bid security must be in the name of Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted online before conclusion of the bid opening session. Late e-bids shall be rejected.
