It Equipment And General Items For Classrooms Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of IT Equipment and General Items for Classrooms for Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Education, Children Library Complex, Lahore. Lot 1 for IT Equipment has estimated cost of Rs. 8,230,000 and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 411,500; Lot 2 for General Items has estimated cost of Rs. 842,000 and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 42,100. Eligible Income Tax and General Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, supplier firms and individuals may participate. Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38-2(a) of PPRA-2014 shall be followed, with separate technical and financial bids. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, CDR or Bank Draft is required, with photocopy attached to the technical bid. Bids are valid for 60 days. Relevant experience in supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of General Items and IT Equipment is required and documentary evidence must be provided.
