Purchase of Stationery Items under University Budget 2026-27 by eligible firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The procurement shall be conducted on DDP basis through Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. E-bids or proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by September 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and estimated cost is Rs. 2,312,000. Bidding documents contain terms, conditions, requirements and specifications. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The university reserves the right to reject all bids under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
