Description
Annual Framework Contract for procurement of Computer Stationery, Stationery, Other Items, Cost of Others, Printing and Publishing, IT Equipment, Furniture, and Plant and Machinery for Financial Year 2026-27. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies with separate Technical and Financial bids. Complete signed and stamped bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by September 17, 2026 at 15:00 hours, with opening scheduled at 11:30 hours on the same date. Firms must provide up-to-date Income Tax, Sales Tax and other relevant registration documents and must be registered on the e-Procurement System. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will not be considered.
