Annual Urs Syed Peer Waris Shah Arrangements Tender Notice

District Council Sheikhupura invites item-rate tenders through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System for arrangements for the Annual Urs of Syed Peer Waris Shah 2026 at Jandiala Sher Khan, District Sheikhupura. Eligible engineering firms, contractors and bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and codes and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system. Earnest money or bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required through the prescribed online e-PADS mechanism, with performance security required from the successful bidder. The estimated cost is Rs. 5,500,000 and the earnest money is Rs. 275,000. Bids will be retrieved and quoted rates and the successful bidder announced on 19 September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
