Description

Workers Welfare Primary School Girls (Evening Shift), Labour Colony Defence Road Lahore, operating under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund and Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM and financial bids on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security is 2% of the estimated contract amount and must be submitted electronically; physical CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. The stated bid security is Rs. 798,000. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to prescribed certification. Bidders must obtain at least 70% technical qualification marks, rates must include applicable taxes and the successful bidder must furnish 5% performance guarantee. Routes include Scheme More to School, Niaz Baig to School, Chung to School, Raiwind Ada to School, 65-Chak to School and Athowal to School.
