Lahore Development Authority invites item-rate tenders under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for construction of the underpass at Nakhuda Chowk, Lahore. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in C-1 or above category and have active filer NTN and PNTN status. The estimated project cost is Rs. 1,017,727,203, with a 5% digital bid security of Rs. 50,886,360 and a completion period of six months. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 21 September 2026 at 9:30 AM, with technical proposals opened at 10:00 AM.
