Body Worn Cameras For Punjab Food Authority Tender Notice

Punjab Food Authority invites lot-wise e-bids comprising separate technical and financial proposals for procurement of body worn cameras with complete setup for all district offices of the Punjab Food Authority. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through mobile banking or corporate payment portal using the prescribed Prefix and PSID combination, 267901430 plus the generated PSID. Technical proposals will remain valid for 180 days from the submission deadline, while financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation in accordance with applicable rules.
