Buildings Division Lodhran invites bids from engineering firms and contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications and codes for 26 maintenance and repair schemes. The works include maintenance and repair of Judicial Complex Dunyapur, Judicial Colony Kehror Pacca, Judicial Complex Kehror Pacca, Judicial Colony Dunyapur, Judicial Complex District Lodhran including accessories, Family Court Judicial Complex, Deputy Commissioner Camp Office including kitchen cabinets, accessories, electric accessories and tuff pavers, Session Judge Camp Office, Circuit House, Deputy Director Colleges Office, Excise and Taxation Office, Judicial Colony streets, Building Staff Colony, Assistant Commissioner Camp Office, Sub Divisional Office Buildings, Ombudsman Punjab Office and Executive Engineer Buildings Division Office. Individual estimated costs range from approximately Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 1,434,600, with earnest money generally calculated at 2%, and all works have a three-month completion period. Relevant PEC Class C-6 and above registration with the required specification code is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with bids opened by the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner, Multan Division, Multan on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Contractors must quote rates against each BOQ/DNIT item rather than percentage and completely fill rate-analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Every page of the DNIT must be signed and stamped. Electronic bid security of 2% is required and physical financial instruments are not accepted.
