Annual Repair Steam Sterilizers Tender Notice

Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad invites electronic bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for annual repair and maintenance services of steam sterilizers manufactured by Strongman, Pakistan, installed in the Main Central Sterile Supply Department for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,000,000 and bid security is 2% of estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 60,000. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents and authorized agents of foreign or local principals engaged in trading, registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bids must be submitted online by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security must be submitted with the technical proposal in addition to its uploaded soft copy, and bid validity is 180 days from opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Technical and financial proposals must state both brand and model names, and corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted electronic bids may be rejected.
