Tuff Paver Beautification And Road Works Murree Tender Notice

Municipal Corporation Murree invites tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2026-27 schemes. The works comprise providing and fixing tuff paver and cabin at Kashmir Point with estimated cost Rs. 20,897,800 and 5% earnest money of Rs. 1,044,890; up-gradation and beautification of Kali Matti Bazar with estimated cost Rs. 22,311,954 and earnest money of Rs. 1,115,598; rehabilitation of Tehsil Road with railing and street lights with estimated cost Rs. 3,972,213 and earnest money of Rs. 198,611; and construction of a short-cut road from MC office to Cart Road with estimated cost Rs. 10,060,164 and earnest money of Rs. 503,008. Contractors must upload valid PEC licence, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN documentation. A 5% bid security is required electronically through Punjab e-Procurement and physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Item-wise rates must be entered electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender proceedings scheduled at 10:45 AM and successful bidder announcement at 11:30 AM. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted or virus-infected bids will be rejected. Pro Tip: Infrastructure contractors should prepare scheme-specific item rates, verify PEC and tax credentials, ensure digital bid-security compliance and review additional performance-security requirements for bids materially below the approved estimate.
