Excise Taxation and Narcotics Control Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites quotations through EPADS under ADP No. 220842, GIS Based Property Tax Survey in District Charsadda, Swabi, Mansehra and Haripur, for supply and installation of IT, allied equipment, machinery and office furniture. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa public procurement framework. Eligible bidders must be registered entities, income-tax and sales-tax registered, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and holding an NTN. Original bidding documents and 2% bid security of the total quoted amount in the form of Demand Draft, Banker Cheque or CDR in favour of Additional Secretary Excise Taxation & Narcotics Control Department must reach the designated office through courier by 21 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, while bids will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the Committee Room of the department. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 9 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
