University of Swat invites sealed bids for procurement of paper reams for the Examinations Section under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from reputable firms and authorized dealers possessing a valid Manufacturer Authorization Certificate, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must deposit 2% earnest money through CDR from a scheduled bank in favour of the Treasurer, University of Swat, along with a non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 4,000 deposited online. Original receipts of the CDR and processing fee must reach the procurement office before the closing time. Firms must have successfully completed at least two relevant projects for government, semi-government or autonomous organizations. Bid pricing must separately state item cost and federal and provincial taxes, while incomplete, conditional, disfigured, overwritten or delayed bids will be treated as non-responsive. E-bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 24 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM the same day at the Committee Room, Main Campus Charbagh, Swat.
