Description
Procurement of 1.5 Ton Inverter Air Conditioners, 2 Ton Inverter Cabinet Air Conditioners and Water Dispensers, with brands including Dawlance, Orient, Haier or equivalent. The quantities are 6 units of 1.5 Ton Inverter Air Conditioners, 2 units of 2 Ton Cabinet Inverter Air Conditioners and 6 Water Dispensers, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 2,500,000. Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers or applicable JVs engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding will follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under the applicable E-Procurement regulations and PPRA Rules. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of the Deputy Commissioner Pakpattan, with the original instrument to be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. Complete e-bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System by 10:30 AM on September 21, 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
