Prequalification Of Medicine And Surgical Disposable Vendors Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of vendors for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026-27. Online bids are invited from firms having established technical, financial and managerial credentials under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security is 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR. Online bids must be submitted through the prescribed E-Procurement System, while late bids and bids sent by post will not be entertained. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids close at 10:00 AM on September 21, 2026 and technical proposals open at 10:30 AM.
