Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of office furniture, fixtures, accessories and miscellaneous items for the Health & Accident Insurance Regional Office, 4th Floor, State Life Building No. 03, Karachi. State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites e-bids through EPADS v2.0 from well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, manufacturers and suppliers having active status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List where applicable. Tender fee is free of cost, bid security is PKR 500,000 and completion time is 90 days. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Only bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and meeting the eligibility requirements may participate; manual or physical bids are not accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid validity is 90 days from opening of technical bids. Financial bids of technically responsive and qualified bidders will be opened subsequently through EPADS. Original bid security instruments, where required, must reach the procuring agency before the e-bid deadline.
