Framework Contract for local purchase of medicines for Dialysis SSP at THQ Hospital Sadiqabad for financial year 2026-2027. Estimated cost is Rs. 10 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, payable online through a PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers and reputable firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant authorities and tax departments. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Separate bids are required for each package and Package 1 is based on the maximum discount from the manufacturer's retail price, covering local manufacturers, multinational manufacturers and surgical/disposable items. E-bids must be submitted online by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Sadiqabad. Bidders should give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected. Applicable government taxes will be deducted.
