Description
Supply of furniture and fixtures comprising 2 total items for the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kharan. Tender reference is TSE-2627091186471. Procurement will be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Only electronic bids are required and no physical bid is required. Tender fee is PKR 1,500 and bid security is 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Eligible bidders must have at least 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 2,000,000 in the previous 2 years, turnover of at least PKR 25,000,000 in the 3 preceding years, active taxpayer status and Sales Tax Certificate, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint venture is not permissible. A Rs. 100 stamp affidavit attested by a first class magistrate confirming bid information and a Rs. 100 stamp Power of Attorney attested by a first class magistrate authorizing the bid submitter with name and CNIC are required. Bid document fee must also be submitted. Electronic bid submission closes on 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard and tenders will open at 11:00 AM the same day on the EPPS System.
