Annual Maintenance Rate Contract for repair and replacement of parts of tubewells with motors, disposal pumps with motors, diesel engines, submersible pumps and motors with parts at Services Hospital Lahore. Estimated annual contract cost is Rs. 9,847,665 and bid security is Rs. 193,954. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Registered bidders must submit complete technical and financial bids through the PDF upload method. The tender notice specifies bid submission by 28 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and electronic opening at 11:30 AM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
