Laptops Procurement Organizational Employees Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops for employees including supply of required hardware through e-procurement system - bidders must be registered with e-PADS and with FBR and PRA having NTN and PNTN - bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format through EPADS portal using single stage two envelope procedure - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR or bank guarantee must be submitted along with original instrument before deadline - only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial opening - bids must remain valid for 120 days and conditional bids will not be accepted - financial bids of non responsive bidders will remain unopened - bids will be opened in accordance with schedule and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
