Training Material Building Painter Trade Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of training material for building painter trade including supply of required materials under single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS system - bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and be active taxpayers - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before deadline and accompanied by bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR pay order or demand draft - original bid security must be submitted before opening time - bids will be opened in presence of procurement committee - successful bidder must provide performance guarantee of 10 percent and deliver goods within specified time - all taxes transportation and installation costs must be included in quoted rates as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
