Construction of Water Supply Schemes at Killi Dilwani Zargoon Ghar Harani, Serki Kach Zargoon Ghar Harani and Tore Shore Zargoon Ghar Harani, including drilling and development of bore - supply and installation of solar - providing and laying of HDPE pipeline - civil work, together with construction of gravity flow water supply scheme from Wamtangi to Harnai City and surrounding villages, including construction of sump well - providing and laying of pipeline at Wamtangi - civil work for WSS Wamtangi - providing and laying of pipeline for WSS Khost Bazar - civil work for WSS Khost Bazar. Single Stage One Envelope procedure applies under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Contractors must have three years relevant PHE Department work experience, financial capacity demonstrated through at least three years turnover, registration with tax authorities including NTN, Sales Tax Department and Balochistan Revenue Authority, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category with 2026-27 enlistment or renewal fee deposited. Tender fee is Rs. 1,000 for each applicable work and bid security is 2% in the form of call deposit. Tender documents will be issued up to 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM; bids must be submitted by 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM the same day. Only original contractors with original CNIC may participate; agents or representatives are not allowed.
