Hiring of a firm for security services for institutions of Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Sargodha Division for FY 2026-27, covering October 2026 to June 2027, with 21 security guards comprising three each for Shelter Home Sargodha - Shelter Home Khushab - Shelter Home Mianwali - Shelter Home Bhakkar - Children Home Male Sargodha - Children Home Female Sargodha - Women Transitional Home Sargodha. The total estimated cost including applicable taxes and charges is Rs. 10,395,000 and bid security is 3%, amounting to Rs. 311,850. Eligible firms and companies engaged in relevant security services and registered with relevant authorities may participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through Punjab e-procurement system under Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, with online bid security of 3% according to the prescribed procedure. Complete bids must be submitted by 22-09-2026 at 11:30 AM and technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Successful bidders must submit 5% performance guarantee.
