It Related Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of IT-related items including chargers, adapters, network cables, cartridges and external drives as per specifications, BOQ and details in the tender document for the Head Office and mine site. Bidding is through Single Stage One Envelope PPRA-based procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department and other relevant authorities and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Tender document value is PKR 5,000 each, payable by pay order or online through Allied Bank Ltd, and bid money is 02% of the total bid value. Tender documents may be collected from 07-09-2026 to 14-09-2026 during working hours, and sealed bids must be submitted by 22-09-2026 at 03:00 PM; bids will be opened at 03:30 PM the same day. Tender number and item details must be mentioned on the sealed envelope and bids without bid money will not be accepted.
