Construction Of Brick Paved Street At Nasar Town Tender Notice
Description
Construction of street using bricks at Rana Amr Wali Bazar, Mohalla Nasar Town, Ladhey Wala Warraich, with estimated scheme cost of Rs. 5.566 million. The work is included in the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and the estimate has been prepared on the basis of HRS 2nd Biannual 2026. Eligible contractors must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement System and with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 02:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed electronic mechanism and proof must be available for verification at bid opening. Conditional tenders are not entertained and selection will be based on least cost. Successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimated cost must provide additional performance security under applicable PPRA and Works Rules.
